Project Summary
Project will install 1.5 miles of protected bicycle facilites along Harbor Drive, McKinley Avenue, Marina Way and through Paradise Marsh. The project will also close W. 19th Street between McKinley Ave and Wilson Ave to traffic to create a dedicated pathway for pedestrians and bicyclists, including safety lighting, fencing and cameras. The adjacent segment of W. 18th Street will be converted from a one-way street to two-way traffic. The W. 18th Street and 19th Street intersections at McKinley Avenue will include All-Way Stop control for safety.
