Project Summary

The general scope of work is to construct dog parks with minor landscape grading, pathways, pavements, pedestrian safety, tree protection, children’s play area, fencing, landscape drainage, ballfield lighting, irrigation adjustments, and park maintenance.

Specific improvements will include site demolition, construction of concrete paving, aggregate drains, fine grading, signage, children’s play structures, metal fencing and gates, ballfield lighting updates, irrigation system modifications. Ancillary work will include mobilization, pedestrian and vehicular traffic control during construction, utility coordination, water pollution control, construction fencing, and construction surveying.
