Project Summary

The general scope of work included replacing the existing permissive left-turn phases and signal heads with protected left-turn phases and signal heads on existing and or new poles and mast arms at select intersections along Highland Avenue. Improvements will include the installation of new controller cabinets, new traffic signal poles, safety lighting, detector loops, and new ADA curb ramps.

Completed in 2019
