Project Summary

This project will install new traffic signals with protected left-turn phasing along Highland Avenue at the un-signalized intersection of Highland Avenue and E. 28th Street, in front of Sweetwater High School. Improvements include a new controller cabinet safety lighting, vehicle detection loops, fiber communication, pedestrian countdown signal heads, and signing and striping.
