Project Summary
A comprehensive roof inspection and assessment of Fire Station 34 confirmed that the roof covering the Fire Station, which was installed nearly 20 years ago, have exceeded it’s useful life and needs to be replaced. In addition, the three HVAC units have experienced repeated malfunctions from major component failures and require replacement. The Fire Station 34 Roof and HVAC Replacement project, CIP No. 25-10, will remove and replace the existing roof, as well as the HVAC, at Fire Station 34.
