Project Summary
This project delivers improvements along the east side of I-805 from Plaza Blvd to Division Street including new paved paths for bikes and pedestrians, traffic calming measures, lighting, landscaping, fencing, educational signage, and pedestrian plaza with public art elements paying tribute to Filipino American heritage in National City.
