This project include improvements along the east side of I-805 from Plaza to Division Street will include improved paved paths for bikes and pedestrians, new fencing along the freeway, lighting, public art, educational signage, and landscape improvements.

PAST FOUR WEEKS:
Plaza from Grove to Euclid
- Installed column light footings and column electrical conduit.
- Poured concrete mockup (Third Attempt)
- Formed for decretive concrete improvements.
- Started executing preliminary punch list items.
- Started installing chain link fence around the maintenance access road.
- Started setting and forming tree grates.
Pedestrian/Bike trail between 4th and Division
- Continued mulch installation
- Finalized P2 sewer upsizing
- Continue irrigation installation at the water quality basin.
- Paved the remainder of the multi-use trail from 4th down to the water quality basin.
- Paved pedestrian trail north side of the water quality basin.
- Erected solar lighting poles and started installing solar lighting equipment
4th at T Ave
- Installed class II base and prepped subgrade in preparation for AC paving.
- Started asphalt base paving and finish paving.
- Installed asphalt behind the commercial driveway.
- Installed 3’ chain-link fence.
4th Street at Spigot
- Installed sidewalk underdrain and slot drain.
- Poured concrete improvement. sidewalk, curb and gutter, decretive concrete, and mow curb.
- Started installing landscape irrigation.
TWO WEEK LOOK-AHEAD:
Plaza from Grove to Euclid
- Finish installing the chain link fence at the access road.
- Shrub planting pending soil results.
- Installation of boulders.
- Continue setting and forming tree grates. Possible pour.
- Continue working on punch list items
Pedestrian/Bike trail between 4th and Division
- Fine grade, install filter fabric, and rock mulch for rock swell.
- Continue bark mulch along the slope
- Continue irrigation at the water quality basin.
- Continue installing solar equipment on solar poles.
4th at T Ave
- Finish asphalt paving.
4th Street at Spigot
- Continue installing landscape irrigation.
- Install wrought iron fence for decorative arts.
