Project Summary
The City of National City is upgrading portions of the community’s storm drain system to improve reliability and capacity. The scope of work will remove and replace the existing 12-inch storm drain pipe with new 18-inch and 24-inch reinforced concrete pipe along E 20th Street and Granger Ave. Work will also include installation of two new cleans outs and associated concrete and roadway pavement restoration.
