Project Summary
The project will provide approximately 1.7 miles of bicycle facilities providing north-south connections through the Central, Olivewood and Las Palmas neighborhoods in National City, including N Avenue north of Plaza Boulevard for pedestrian and emergency vehicle, which currently does not exist.
