The project will also close W. 19th Street between McKinley Ave and Wilson Ave to traffic to create a dedicated pathway for pedestrians and bicyclists, including safety lighting, fencing and cameras. The adjacent segment of W. 18th Street will be converted from a one-way street to two-way traffic.
